Since starting out in the industry and at Freyer Marktforschung in 2000, Carmen has grown up as a “child of market research” within the company and found her second home there. Through her diverse activities in the company, from interviewer, live note-taker, service staff, and recruiter, to many years as research facility manager including establishment and management of the Pharma/Healthcare (recruitment) department and database. As a “girl Friday,” Carmen has extensive, experience-based expertise in recruitment and project management with a great sense for details and people.

When Carmen isn’t working (which is to be honest rather rare), she has a great passion for culinary arts—whether as a cook or a connoisseur. Also a green thumb is slowly but steadily growing. And – as a child of market research with an insatiable curiosity for consumer goods of all kinds—she always boosts economy with her power shopping.

Florian Freyer

Market research runs in Florians blood – thanks to his parents. Shortly after they founded the company in the early 1990s, he began working there during his schooldays, which steadily fueled his enthusiasm and passion for qualitative market research. With many years of experience in both – the industry and the company, he successfully lead the Consumer b2c/b2b division to the nowadays pulse of time – expanding the Munich database to a nation-wide level and implementing AI-supported tools for more efficiency and performance in recruitment.

In his private life, Flo enjoys hitting the weights and he’s a passionate gamer – but is also open to indulge in the world of culinary delights.
